HI Falcon Thanks For Asking.
If You Can Help People Understand
The Format For Posting Problem Players
Then You Should Get MOTM Next Month
Also. Fed, Me and Others Have Tried.
It's The Same Format As Trainees Use
And Staff When We Ban Someone.
Here Is The Link.

I know on Halo it was,

-report your kicks bans etc.

-reason

-name of  player, time, server.

-don't record mutes

-no long term bans without evidence(video, chat log etc ) and approval

Cheers DD:)

Good idea, although Lag has way too many other things to do at the moment.

When making a thread in this section of the forum, please follow these guidelines:

In the thread title/subject, please include:
The name of the player
The game and server name
1-2 words describing what the player is doing

For example, \"Fed Hacking COD4 Killhouse\".

In your post, please include:
What time the problem happened
Any evidence (screenshots/videos)
Any additional information
This will help us effectively moderate our servers.Thank you!

THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE SIMPLE AND EASY.
EXCEPT IN THE PROBLEM PLAYERS AKA
JUSTICE CENTER.

sounds easy to follow. why isn`t it being done,  i also notice this in some Trainee threads.  reason why we want this info is if we get a complaint, we know exactly the time, date, and server, and why. i agree with you War it is getting messy in there.
please guys lets all try and follow the same format.

Busy with life right now. I need to install a "to do" list on the forums. This so I can remember what all everyone needs so when I have a chance to do them.
Most of these things don't need much coding, just time.

When there is time, I think there should also be a Report player button/shortcut similar to the donating button and then announce it with a tutorial. I think this way people will notice the button and follow through the instructions rather than be confuse on finding the right thread to post in
